Please check our conditions to enjoy your nautical activities safely.
- All activities depend on weather conditions, namely sea conditions.
- People who do not know how to swim must inform us before purchasing any activity.
- The use of glasses in certain activities is prohibited for safety reasons.
- Glasses that are specially constructed / designed are only allowed for nautical sports and/or recreational activities that do not endanger the health of oneself and third parties, in the event of a collision, or in activities that do not pose a significant risk.
- Ski Molhado is not responsible for damage or loss of accessories / personal property, including electronic equipment, during activities, boarding and disembarking.
- People under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other illicit substances will not be able to access the activities, and in case of early booking, they are not entitled to any reimbursement.
- These activities are not recommended for pregnant women.
- There are activities that are not recommended for people with heart problems.
- Most of our activities are inadvisable for people with musculoskeletal problems, back problems, fractures, dislocations, sprains, etc.
- We carry out a photography service in some activities, if you do not authorize it, please inform us beforehand.
- Ski Molhado is not responsible for any physical, material or moral damages, for non-compliance with these rules.
- For early bookings, customers must arrive 20 minutes before the activity. In case of delay, there is no right to reimbursement;
- Cancellations are entitled to refund up to 24 hours before the activity;
- For the visits to caves and dolphin watching, if there are not a minimum of 6 passengers, a new time will be scheduled or a full refund will be given;
- In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that do not allow the activity to be carried out, a new alternative time will be scheduled, otherwise a full refund will be made;
- Cancellations that do not comply with our policy, considering the established schedules, will not be refunded;
- The cancellation policy may be subject to exceptions in case of presentation of medical evidence;
- Cancellations, for health reasons, without medical proof, less than 24 hours before the activity, the refund will be 50% of the total amount.

- Check-in must be carried out up to 20 minutes before the activity, at watersports on Oura beach;
- This activity is not recommended for children under 5 years old, pregnant women and people with back and heart problems for safety reasons.
- Ski Molhado reserves the right to change the schedule for reasons of force majeure.
- For safety reasons, the use of glasses is not allowed, except if they are suitable for extreme activities.
- Single, double or triple flights are subject to the decision of the master of the vessel at the time of the activity, subject to maritime-atmospheric conditions and favorable techniques.
- Double or triple flights for children between 5 and 12 years old must be booked with an adult.
- Bags, backpacks and suitcases are not allowed on board the vessel, so we recommend that you leave them at our reception.
- Ski Molhado and the insurance company are not responsible for material damage to electronic equipment, namely mobile phones, cameras, camcorders.
Cancellation Policies

- Dolphin watching is not guaranteed, however we have a 95% observation rate.
- This activity is not recommended for children under 3 years old, pregnant women and people with back problems for safety reasons.
- Ski Molhado and the insurance company are not responsible for any personal belongings getting damaged during the activity, on boarding and disembarking, so we advise you to ensure adequate protection for them.
- Ski Molhado reserves the right to change the vessel of the experience without prior notice.
- Ski Molhado reserves the right to change the schedule for reasons of force majeure.
- We recommend the use of appropriate clothing (t-shirt, sweater, jacket, etc.);
